We are seeking an experienced AC Chiller Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with a focus on chiller units and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair chiller systems and other HVAC units in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Perform fit-out works related to air conditioning systems, ensuring seamless integration with other construction and renovation activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on AC units to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine proper installation and repair procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete fit-out projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician with a focus on chiller systems and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chiller units, and related components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in HVAC work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in HVAC is preferred.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
