• Fabricate, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures for fit-out projects.
• Construct and assemble decorative furniture pieces according to design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of carpentry work meets company standards.
• Perform on-site installations, adjustments, and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the carpentry process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, particularly in decorative furniture and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in carpentry is preferred.
