• Perform welding tasks using a variety of techniques, including MIG, TIG, stick, and arc welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting settings and maintaining equipment.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as required by the project.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Repair and maintain existing welds and structures as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, arc).
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in welding is preferred.
